Refunds Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Aqua Life Aquarium, Bird & Reptile.  We understand that sometimes an order may need to be returned. In this event, or if an item does not arrive in perfect condition, we aim to make this process as easy as possible for you!

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, unused and undamaged in any way. You can also arrive instore with your receipt as proof of purchase. For any 'change of mind' returns, It is your responsibiliy to cover all delivery charges incured.

Please ensure your item is packed securely to protect it from any damage in transit and be sure to keep your shipping information for tracking purposes. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.


The customer is entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit where an item has been found to be faulty. On some occasions items may be required to be sent back to our store for a warranty claim assessment. This is generally done at the customers expense or by agreement after contacting the store.
