Installation and Maintenance

The Fluval Jet Clear is designed to be installed submerged in the pond. For continued performance, regularly inspect and clean the filter foam, pump impeller and filter components as required. Maintain the UVC lamp and quartz sleeve according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Always disconnect the unit from the power supply before carrying out maintenance.

Please note: The recommended 3,500-litre pond capacity is a guide. Actual filtration requirements depend on fish stocking levels, feeding, sunlight exposure and the amount of organic debris in the pond. Heavily stocked ponds may require additional filtration. UVC lamps require periodic replacement to maintain effective performance.
